I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and on the walking street. The service from the staff was excellent - from the 24-hour room service to the tours/ticket assistance, they were always there to help. The room amenities, like the air conditioning and mini-bar, made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff was still getting used to the new management, but they were friendly and willing to accommodate any request. The leisure facilities were also great, with a fitness centre and stationary bike available.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the city center. the location was perfect, with a shopping mall right on our doorstep and plenty of shops to explore. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even giving our dogs special attention. the room, although small, was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee and the convenience of having Starbucks nearby. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for shoppers and pet owners.
