Beautiful location by the sea, nature, and animals on site. Family-oriented and great for relaxation. Ponies and turtles are a nice addition. Clean hotel, fast service, and delicious food. Good variety at mealtimes.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing. the food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Very comfortable and spacious room with a balcony. the best part was the private beach nearby, with comfortable loungers and stunning views of the sunset. the hotel's location was perfect with easy access to shops and attractions.

The entrance to the hotel was not very welcoming, with a strong smell of smoke. It would have been nice to have some information about the hotel and the local area given at check-in.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and spa centre provided a relaxing escape. The live entertainment in the evenings was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the exclusive access to the private facilities, as well as the beautiful beachfront location.

The only minor issue that I encountered was a slight language barrier with some staff members. However, they made every effort to attend to my needs and ensure my stay was comfortable.
