The hotel is well located near restaurants and bars, and has easy access to the beach. The pool is also great and perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The noise level is quite high and disturbed my work. the food quality was poor and quite repetitive.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with top-notch amenities. The spa and wellness centre are exceptional, offering massages and Turkish baths. The indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are fully equipped with beach umbrellas and garden areas. The restaurant serves delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus. The bar/lounge area and snack bar are perfect for a quick bite or a romantic dinner. In-room breakfast is a great advantage for an intimate and private experience.

The hotel has only one minor issue: the seasonal outdoor pool is not heated, which can be uncomfortable for guests during colder months. However, the indoor heated swimming pool and beachfront access compensate for this inconvenience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had spacious and beautiful rooms, and they were kept very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially Georgia at the customer service desk and the friendly reception and lobby staff. The food was amazing, with the Captain's Deck being a personal favorite. The shows were delightful and showcased the talents of the performers. The beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was clean and calm, perfect for relaxation.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a resort in Ayia Napa. The facilities were great, with a super pool that, although a bit cold at first, was a refreshing treat. The hotel grounds were lovely, filled with beautiful gardens and flowers. We enjoyed a short walk to the nearby beach and a quick 5-10 minute taxi ride into town. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond in every area of service. From check-in to meals, pool bar to room servicing, everything ran smoothly. The hotel was clean, the food and drinks were wonderful, and sunbeds were always available. We can confidently say that this is one of the best all-inclusive resorts we've stayed at worldwide. Highly recommended!
