the rooms were incredibly clean and the staff were extremely cooperative. They went above and beyond by cleaning our rooms twice a day, which is not something you typically find in hotels. the swimming pool was well-maintained and my children had a fantastic time.

We were impressed with the beautiful mountain views surrounding the hotel. The private deck in our room was perfect for enjoying the scenery. we enjoyed our stay at Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton.

The unique location of the hotel was thrilling, it was situated on top of a mountain, accessible only with four-wheel drive. The hotel provides many dining options with food of exceptional quality. The aging fitness center is equipped with one of the few non-broken devices. The room was spacious and well equipped with good air conditioning and beautiful view of the mountains.

The hotel cleanliness could be improved, especially in the beach areas.

Beautiful location with stunning gardens overlooking a great beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. The food is delicious with a wide variety of choices. Helpful and efficient staff. Great spa with professional therapists.

What an amazing Christmas at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary cookies and hot cocoa available all day long, and the festive decorations added to the cozy atmosphere. the location was perfect, right next to the beach with stunning views of the mountains. We also enjoyed the variety of activities offered, including snorkeling and kayaking.

It was truly a magical Christmas at this hotel and we can't wait to come back.

The exclusive amenities provided at this hotel were remarkable. I had a full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre, which was extremely relaxing. the Sauna and steam room were clean and modern. the beach access was convenient and offered a wide range of leisure activities like Aqua park and sun terrace. I enjoyed the live entertainment and BBQ facilities at the location.

The only minor issue I faced was with the manicure service. the beauty treatment was average, and the tools used were not up to the mark.

This was my second stay at Al Bustan Palace and fourth at a Ritz-Carlton hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that most of them were locals who had great knowledge about the area. the hotel had everything you could ask for, from relaxation to fitness facilities and even amenities for business travelers. One of the highlights was the amazing dinner specials dedicated to different cuisines each night. It's definitely my favorite place to stay in this city!
