I stayed at Savoy Hotel Spa & Casino for a week-long vacation, and I couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff was incredibly pleasant and attentive to our requests, providing us with a non-smoking, high floor room. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with ample toiletries and comfortable bed linen. The hotel's restaurant impressed us with its delicious food, both for breakfast and dinner. The buffet had a wide variety of options, and we can't wait to try out the reasonably priced spa on our next visit. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location, close to all the markets and restaurants. It was also really close to the marina, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Additionally, the hotel had excellent spa facilities that were a perfect way to relax and unwind. it was a fantastic stay.

That the drinks service in the restaurant and bar was a bit slow and chaotic.

First of all, the rooms were not what we were expecting at all - they were old and tired, and not very clean. smoking was allowed everywhere, even in the rooms, which led to a lot of unpleasant smells.

During my stay at Savoy Hotel Spa & Casino, I was impressed with the location. It was ideal for exploring the charming city of Kyrenia. The outside pool was also a highlight, providing a relaxing and enjoyable space to unwind. Additionally, the restaurant manager was friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent service.

While there were a few instances of subpar customer service and language barriers with some staff members, I found the majority of the staff to be friendly and eager to assist. The hotel's focus on their casino section was noticeable, but it didn't greatly impact my overall experience.

The value for money at the hotel was great, especially considering the reasonable price we paid. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and the castle within walking distance. The staff treated us with exceptional service, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

I was delighted with the prompt and friendly service offered by the customer service team. the room was spacious, clean and well-maintained with comfortable bedding. Location-wise, it was convenient and near the town center. the restaurant served excellent breakfast and dinner with lots of options available, and I was able to experience the hotel's spa, which provided great massage services.

There was a minor issue with dinner quality, particularly with the meat selections as it was inadequate in quality. the hotel can improve its reception as there were times when it was challenging to contact the staff from the room.
