We had a wonderful experience at this small guesthouse on the Karpaz Peninsula. the owner greeted us warmly and provided us with helpful information about the local area. the location of the property was excellent, right next to the main road and on the sea. the highlight of our stay was the delicious dinner with freshly caught fish and local salads and dips. the friendly hosts and the peacefulness of the location made it feel like a true getaway.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to lovely sandy beaches on the coastline. The rooms, although a bit outdated, are clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered at the hotel is tasty and satisfying. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also has a private beach, which is a convenient facility for guests.

The hotel is in need of renovations to improve the overall condition and appearance.

The value for money at the hotel was great - a comfortable room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains from the balcony. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay, and the staff, especially Erdogan, were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.

Stunning sea views and tranquil surroundings make Theresa Hotel an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. The owner, Erdogan, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Thanks to him, I had the opportunity to go on a private boat trip with a local fisherman, Salim, who showed me hidden gems along the coast. The hospitality and personal touch truly made my stay unforgettable. While the hotel could benefit from some renovations and the bathroom was a bit tired, it did not overshadow the incredible hospitality and beautiful location. I highly recommend Theresa Hotel At Karpaz Peninsula for a serene and memorable vacation.

I can't believe the value for money at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the sea views were absolutely stunning. The staff treated me like family, giving me recommendations and even sharing stories over a glass of coffee.
