As a tourist, I loved the convenient location near the Thong Lo BTS station. The neighborhood had plenty of cafes, restaurants, and massage parlors to explore. The hotel itself is stunning, with spacious and clean rooms that meet 5-star standards. The staff were professional and responsive, ensuring a great experience.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a 7-11 store nearby for any immediate needs. It is situated in one of the cleanest areas of the city. The hotel is close to the metro station, making it easy to explore Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and offer a nice view from the Premier King Room. The staff is friendly and helpful, as seen when they contacted a guest about a forgotten item and promptly returned it. The pool is also a great feature, especially for families.

The cleanliness of certain areas needs improvement, as there were instances of dead cockroaches in the rooms and inadequate deep cleaning.

The rooms at Nikko were beautifully decorated and exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the separate shower and toilet, adding extra convenience to my stay. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities, like the bidet and bath salts. The hotel's location near Thong Lo BTS made it easy to explore the city. The fast wifi, well-equipped gym, and amazing pool were additional highlights. I had a fantastic experience at Nikko and highly recommend it.

Clean rooms, amazing breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff, good gym and pool. Convenient location with many local shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Delicious food at the Japanese restaurant.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Had an absolutely wonderful Thanksgiving experience this year! the staff was so friendly and accommodating, which really made us feel at home. We loved that the hotel offered complimentary yoga classes, which were a perfect way to start our days. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Plus, we were amazed by the breathtaking views from our room!

The breakfast left a bit to be desired - it seemed like the hotel was cutting corners with pre-prepared dishes and limited options. the air conditioning in the room was a bit of a letdown, with it being hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature.

The luxurious amenities at this venue fulfilled my expectations. I enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities, particularly the sauna, full body massage and outdoor saltwater pool. the sun terrace and garden area provided a peaceful escape and the pool with a view was stunning. the restaurant's special diet menus were a standout. the location was perfect for my needs, being a short walk to public transport.

the service was slow in the poolside snack bar.
