I checked in and found a surprise waiting for me on the bed - someone else's messy bed covers! Yikes! I called for help, they fixed it, and let's just say I slept like a baby that night. Lunch was so-so, but the dinner buffet was a winner. Plus, I became besties with the slow elevator—good things come to those who wait!

The hotel's location is fantastic - just a short stroll from the sea and close to all amenities. The room was clean but outdated, while breakfast was a standout compared to other meals. The staff's unprofessional behavior at reception and during breakfast detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room at Tsokkos Beach Hotel with an extra child bed was a lifesaver for our family. All drinks included in the package made our stay worry-free. the hotel's great facilities catered to all our needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience.

The space in the room was tight, barely enough to swing a cat.

Staff at Tsokkos were exceptional, accommodating and polite. Upgraded to a spacious room with stunning sea views. the restaurant offered delicious and fresh food, with warm and friendly service. Excellent location near restaurants, bars, shops, and Fig Tree Bay, making it convenient.

the location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and all essential amenities nearby. the rooms were spotless, staff extremely friendly, and the air conditioning kept us cool. the restaurant served delicious food, including options for toddlers. the hotel boasts four pools, two suitable for young children, providing endless fun. Daily cleaning maintained the pools to a high standard.

stayed at tsokkos and had an amazing time. from the helpful reception officers to the fantastic location just minutes from the beach and amenities, everything was top-notch. the rooms were clean, staff friendly, and the food, especially for kids, was excellent. the four pools, including ones for toddlers, were a hit with my little one!

During my transit stay at Tsokkos Beach Hotel Protaras, I appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the nearest airport, located just 42 km away, making my travel arrangements smooth and convenient. the easy access to the beautiful sandy beach within a few minutes' walk was a delightful feature that enhanced my brief stay.

One minor drawback I encountered during my stay was the slight inconvenience of having to wait for the elevator, which could take up to 15-20 minutes due to its slow operation. This minor issue did not significantly impact my overall pleasant experience at the hotel.

Staying at this hotel in Protaras was a pleasant experience overall. the staff throughout the hotel, from the cleaners to the waiters, were friendly and accommodating. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. the hotel's location in a nice area with shops nearby made getting around very easy. the rooms were well-soundproofed, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Despite the positives, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast offerings could have been more varied and of higher quality.
