The hotel had a great breakfast with a lot of variety, and the staff in the restaurant were friendly. the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to many attractions and public transportation. the room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds.

The walls in the hotel were quite thin, so I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and other rooms. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our trip has been so lovely thanks to the wonderful accommodation we stayed in. The hotel was in a great area, with a variety of tourist attractions within walking distance such as major tourist destinations and near to public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with a big bathtub and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of options and even a live omelette station.

This place has an amazing location in the heart of the city centre. I loved the fact that I could walk to all key attractions within minutes. The room service and free minibar were some of the best I've experienced. The staff from the bell staff to the manager were all so helpful in making my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and had great amenities including tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a safe.

Although wanting to give great service, some staff members seemed inflexible and unable to accommodate my request for early check-in. Additionally, a few times when I needed assistance, some staff members seemed to ignore my request and just keep walking.

We spent a wonderful Xmas holiday with my family! the staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary tea and cookies in the lobby and a Christmas gift for our children. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main tourist attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the city.
