Clean rooms with effective air conditioning.

My experience was overshadowed by poor staff service. I actually promised a free room upgrade, but upon arrival, there was nothing of the sort. It felt like they were just stringing me along with no intention of honoring their word. All I got was an insincere apology, and a reminder of my past review that meant nothing. This is not the level of service I expected based on their claims.

the room doors close very loud which can be annoying at night. the pool area on the rooftop is awesome for relaxing!
