I couldn't be more thrilled with my recent stay at Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. After a long night of travel, I was pleasantly surprised when the desk manager offered me a room to freshen up and rest while I waited for my suite to be ready. Not many hotels would go the extra mile like this.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The location is perfect, with a secluded atmosphere that is incredibly relaxing. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the heated bathrooms are a luxurious touch. The staff were attentive and the spa facilities were excellent, with one of the best massages I've ever had. The peaceful courtyard and cozy, spacious rooms made for a perfect romantic weekend.

A truly unforgettable experience! We were initially disappointed by the room not being ready for early check-in, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. We got to explore the nearby Charles Bridge without the crowds and had a magical experience. Once the room was ready, it exceeded all expectations. The beautiful decor, thoughtful amenities for our babies, and the amazing location made our stay truly special. The breakfast buffet and evening drinks in the garden were also highlights. The GM, Mario, even took the time to say hello during our check-out. The small gesture of allowing a late check-out on our second day showed the hotel's attention to detail.
