The onsen in the hotel is great after a day of snowboarding.

I faced significant challenges during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointing, often running out and not being replenished promptly. The overall dining experience left much to be desired, as the restaurant was overcrowded and chaotic, making it difficult to enjoy meals.

Ski hire is super convenient, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights! Each day, I melted away stress in the delightful bathtub. The onsen experience was refreshing and revitalizing! !

While some staff were very young and kind, service quality appeared lacking during peak hours. Amenities felt crowded, hampering the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Additionally, the dinner options were disappointing. the hot pot buffet was the only choice, which proved to be too repetitive and unappealing over my stay. With limited dining choices nearby, I often felt trapped with my meal options.

Extraordinary staff made us feel at home. super friendly and professional. The location provides easy access to other Niseko villages which was a plus. great buffet dinners gave us plenty of options after a long day on the slopes.

We loved waking up every morning to breathtaking views of snow-covered trees outside our room. The onsen experience was a highlight, sitting in a hot bath outdoors surrounded by nature — just pure relaxation, you know that feeling?

green leaf, niseko village is the perfect ski-in ski-out hotel for families. the lift is right outside, making skiing super easy. the breakfast buffet was a real treat, with lots of tasty options. after a cold day, soaking in the outdoor bath at -10 was just amazing! plus, there are vending machines for quick snacks.

the dinner buffet could use a bit more variety.

The location provided easy access to the slopes, and the on-site onsen was a nice way to relax. Enjoy delicious food at the bar area and don't forget to check out nearby attractions like snowshoe tours for some fun!

However, the ski rental experience was a bit frustrating. The staff seemed cold and disinterested, which dampened the experience, even if the other staff were friendly. It would be great if the hotel could improve the service and equipment at the rental area.
