We had an incredible stay at a hotel with an unbelievable amount of ski lifts. It was so convenient for us as newbies learning to ski. the chairs and full-sized lift cars made it easy to ski anywhere on the mountain. We were impressed by the manager of the restaurant, Sammi, and his fantastic and professional crew. They had the warmest and most humorous hospitality we've ever experienced. We will definitely be returning next January.

The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable sofa sets. The large toilets were equipped with high-quality toiletries. The hotel staff, especially a helpful young lady, went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Japanese and Western dishes. We enjoyed having the onsen to ourselves and the convenience of the hotel's shuttle bus. The location was perfect for ski-in ski-out, with a gondola right outside the hotel.

We had a fantastic time at Green Leaf Niseko Village. The ski in and ski out facility made it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes with ease, especially with our little kids in tow. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, answering all our questions and making us feel welcome. The ski/snowboarding area was not too crowded, which was great for beginners like us. Our toddlers had a blast sledding in the designated area, and we appreciated the complimentary sleds provided by the hotel. The restaurant offered stunning views of people skiing and snowboarding while we enjoyed our meals.

the room was incredibly spacious with stunning views of the slopes, and the bed was large and extremely comfortable. we loved the quietness of the room and appreciated the convenience of having a fridge and kettle for our use. the hotel had a fantastic bar with friendly staff, and the reception shop had everything we needed. the ski hire and lockers were a great bonus, and the outdoor thermal pool was heavenly. the free shuttle bus was a helpful way to explore the area.

The location was perfect, with a brand new gondola right outside the hotel that takes you directly to Niseko Village. Additionally, the hotel provided free access to the Niseko Village bus, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy different restaurants and facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious options, both Japanese and Western, and the hotel staff made my overall experience truly exceptional.

Nothing to dislike.

We loved the location of the hotel, right on the ski hill, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. The ski lockers near the exit were a great addition, allowing us to store our gear easily. The rooms may have been small, but they were clean and had lovely views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both English and Japanese. The Japanese Onsen was a unique experience, although it took some getting used to being naked in front of others. The free shuttle to the other Niseko villages was a nice perk as well.

The lack of dinner options was a bit disappointing. The buffet was great for when we were really hungry, but it would have been nice to have more choice for dinner.

The convenience of the shuttle buses from the airport and the ski, in ski, out location were great. Also, the après, ski lounge/bar with boozy hot chocolates, board games, and a fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere.

The food at the restaurant was disappointing, with poorly cooked options. the customer service left much to be desired, particularly in the ski rental shop where staff were rude and unhelpful.
