The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for a comfortable stay right in the center of the old town. Everything you could need, from restaurants to shops, is right on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with big windows that offer a wonderful view of the square and cobbled streets. The staff is friendly, English speaking, and always ready to help. They even went out of their way to assist me in locating my lost suitcase and provided great recommendations for local restaurants.

We especially appreciated the staff member who made hot chocolate for our kids every morning. the air conditioning worked well, and the streets outside were surprisingly quiet. we highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

What an amazing Xmas stay! the Christmas decorations and the festive vibes at this hotel were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary xmas cookies and mulled wine upon arrival. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the major sights. the room we stayed in had a cosy feel to it, which we loved.
