We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The compact menu had good choices and the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and had a nice work desk, perfect for business travelers. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic. it was a very nice place to stay.

I had a brilliant stay at Pentahotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Despite the hotel being located in a quiet area, it was still accessible to Manchester City centre with just a 30-minute drive. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

There were a few negatives to our experience. One of the main issues was the unreliable wifi.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. I particularly enjoyed the selection of films available on the TV, a great option for relaxing after a busy day. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes.

the prices at the bar were quite high, especially for drinks like cider which I found to be much cheaper elsewhere. the public transport was a bit inconvenient, but I understand that this is not within the hotel's control.

They went out of their way to ensure my requests were met, including room preferences and requests. the location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the gym was an added bonus, allowing me to keep up with my daily workouts while away from home.

The food options were a bit overpriced, and I ended up having to go out for breakfast instead. the room was quite small and I had some issues with the air conditioning.
