Staff communication and hospitality were mind-blowing! Zuzana and Tereza went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The rooms were jaw-droppingly decorated and incredibly clean. The hotel's high standards and spacious carpark were super convenient. The congress center was excellent for conferences and the nearby shopping center had tons of amazing restaurants. Access to the wellness and gym area was a major plus.

Great complementary champagne for New Year's Eve and a free late check-out on New Year's Day were enjoyable treats. the hotel's location near a huge shopping centre and transportation hub provided easy access to attractions and necessities. the room had a nice view of the city.

The hotel's restaurant and bar area was extremely crowded and it was difficult to find a table during peak times. the walls of the room were quite thin and I could hear my neighbors quite clearly, which made it difficult to sleep.

One evening, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately, the food was cold and didn't taste well. However, there are plenty of restaurants and fast food places in the attached mall, so we had other options.

I stayed at a mid-range hotel for a business trip located very close to a metro station. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and friendly, ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast had various choices and was satisfying. The hotel was conveniently located near everything, making it easy to explore the area. there were facilities such as a fitness center and sauna available for relaxation. it was a great stay.
