Friendly staff, great location next to Waterbom, but shower flooded every time I used it.

Comfortable bed, clean room, with beautifully manicured gardens that provide a lovely environment to unwind while being just a short walk to the beach through nearby shopping options.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach through Discovery Shopping Mall, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Kuta.

The pool area could use more attentive staffing. during peak times, it felt a bit overcrowded and lacking in service.

The pool bar is underwhelmingly staffed!!! The hotel's atmosphere is rather dull, making it feel more like a semi-retirement home than a vibrant vacation spot!!! Upgrades for air conditioning and smoking policies are overdue!!!

I had a great time at this cozy place! The breakfast was delicious, though a bit warmer would have made it perfect. I loved the spacious room with comfy furniture, and the pool area was always peaceful, just what I needed to relax. I'd definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay! The spacious interconnecting room was ideal for our family. The pool was perfect for kids, and the restaurant had delicious breakfast options. A tip, opt for a quieter room away from the street for a more relaxing experience. The staff were super helpful with our baggage!

Perfect location in Kuta, heaps of shops near by and super easy to get taxis when needed. Staff were friendly and helpful! ! Breakfast was solid, lots to choose from!

It was just a fine choice for a weekend excursion in Kuta with the best value for money ratio. The pool was great to relax by after a long day of exploring with nice staff around. Ask for a room away from the stairs to avoid noise at night.
