I absolutely loved the Cloister Inn Hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring Prague's city centre on foot. The staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel was beautifully refurbished with a clean and comfortable bathroom and bedroom. The breakfast was top-notch, and I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Highly recommended!

I felt incredibly well looked after during my stay at the Cloister Inn Hotel, and there was truly no reason for me to complain.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the center and well-served by public transport. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee machine available 24/7.

Although the hotel had a good location and friendly staff, the bed was not as comfortable as we hoped, and the mattress seemed quite worn. Additionally, the hotel had a bit of an institutional feel, lacking in charm compared to other older hotels.

our second stay in prague and cloister inn was even better than expected. staff was amazingly helpful, recommending great restaurants and answering all our questions. the room was huge, comfy, and kept spotlessly clean. loved the free tea and coffee in the lobby, such a nice touch.

This hotel is located in a great spot, quiet but only a short walk away from all the Old Town attractions. The rooms are comfortable with modern bathrooms and the breakfast selection is impressive with something for every taste.

I stayed at Cloister Inn for 4 nights on a trip to explore the historic center of Prague. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town but not in a noisy area. It was just a short walk to the old town square and about 10 minutes to Charles Bridge. The hotel staff, especially Mr. Adam and Mrs. Marketa, were extremely helpful and polite. The room on the fifth floor was clean and well-maintained, with a great bathroom. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the breakfast room was also very clean. An excellent hotel at an excellent price.

Our stay was conveniently located near many sights. We could easily walk to the Old Square district and metro station. The hotel provided easy access to most major Prague attractions. We found the room comfortable, breakfast tasty, staff approachable and the complimentary tea and coffee appreciated. The lobby was small but offered a cozy ambiance, and the wifi worked well.

The hotel lacked infopacks in the rooms, so we had difficulty learning about their services & hotel rules.

The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff, especially Jitka at the kitchen and Tereza at the reception, were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities like air conditioning and a fridge. I also appreciated the complimentary hot drinks at the lobby. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely return to Cloister Inn.
