During our Christmas vacation, we loved the two free welcome drinks and complimentary breakfast that were offered. the hotel's prime location, just a few steps away from the main square and major attractions, made it easy for us to explore the city. Plus, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of our room, which was almost completely soundproof.

The bed was rock hard, making it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. our room was poorly designed, with the TV located in the bedroom instead of the lounge area, making it difficult to relax and watch TV.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, right in the heart of all the action. We were able to easily explore all the nearby attractions and shops. Plus, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the shower was amazing, providing a refreshing and relaxing experience after a long day of exploring.

That we booked a suite with a Maisonette layout, which meant we had to climb several flights of stairs with our suitcases, as the elevator only went up to the second floor. the stairs inside the suite itself were also quite steep and not very practical.
