Nothing it was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with the scrambled eggs being a standout. I also loved the cleanliness of the spa area, especially the large and perfectly heated dry sauna. One of the best things about this hotel is its pet-friendly policy. I was able to bring my two dogs with me, and they were warmly welcomed everywhere in the hotel, including the restaurants.

Wow! What an Easter experience! We had an amazing time at this grand and historic hotel. The building and interior were absolutely breathtaking, adding to the charm of our stay. The hotel restaurant, breakfast, and bar were exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the best things about this hotel was its friendly and competent staff. They provided us with great service and made our stay truly enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. Some of the staff members seemed a bit uninterested and did not speak English very well.

Historic and elegant, surrounded by peaceful nature and close to the city center. Immaculately clean, with excellent breakfast choices and top-notch fitness center. The staff is friendly and professional, making guests feel well taken care of. Offers modern spa services to cater to everyone's needs. A remarkable stay, worth repeating.

We had a great weekend getaway! The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful interiors and big rooms. The location was perfect, close to the center and right next to the forest. It was so convenient to be able to explore the town and also enjoy the nature around. Plus, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of things that disappointed us. the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors and spacious, clean rooms. The bathroom was also spotless and fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options. I especially loved the coffee at the lobby bar, it was the best I've ever had. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I recently stayed at Grandhotel Pupp for a romantic weekend getaway. The hotel is incredibly tidy and polished, with a beautiful old-world charm. The restaurants served amazing food, and the servers were polite and professional. The Bechers bar offered a great selection of drinks in an elegant underground setting. The complimentary products from Manufaktura were a pleasant surprise. The location at the end of the promenade was perfect for a beautiful hike to Diana, offering remarkable views of Carlsbad. The staff provided top-notch service, including the option to have our shoes cleaned. The fitness and spa amenities were also a great addition. I would totally recommend this hotel for an incredible experience, whether it's a romantic weekend or some much-needed me time.

Cozy and spacious room, with a beautiful view. - Great breakfast buffet, with a wide selection of delicious food. - Convenient location, close to key attractions and amenities. - Friendly and helpful staff, provided excellent service. - Relaxing spa and wellness facilities, including a pool and jacuzzi.

Thin walls, could hear noise from neighboring rooms. Some miscommunication regarding package inclusions and late check-out.

Great location! Situated in a spa town, there are many things to see and do nearby. the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from, and there were even complementary dinner vouchers and concert tickets included in my package. Another bonus was the comfortable bed and pillows in the room.

The vegetarian options at the hotel restaurant were very limited, so I ate outside. the blow dryer provided in the room was not very good.

Luxury all around, attentive and friendly staff, beautiful lobby and restaurants, spacious and well-appointed rooms, big choice quality breakfast, amazing spa treatments.

The balcony in our room was lovely, and the staff was helpful. The dinner was spectacular, and the building was magnificent. The steam rooms and saunas were phenomenal. a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop, which makes transportation easy. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a stunning view of the river. The bathroom was luxurious and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. The staff was generally helpful and friendly, and the spa treatments were enjoyable. There are many facilities available, such as a swimming pool and lounge areas.

The hotel's service could have been better, as some staff members seemed disinterested in providing excellent service.
