We stayed at a hotel just a short tram ride away from Old Town Prague. It was clean, affordable, and had a stunning view from our 5th-floor room. The staff was pleasant and the prices in the mini bar were reasonable. The location was perfect, with the O2 Arena and a large mall with restaurants and a grocery store just a block and a half away. The metro and tram stations were also conveniently close by. it was a great value for the cost and I highly recommend staying here.

We had a little incident during our stay, but this was not the hotel’s fault. During the night, the fire alarm was triggered and the emergency sirens came on, instructing everyone to evacuate. It seems someone was smoking in the room, so all of the guests came tumbling down the stairs looking confused. On the bright side, we know that the fire alarm works and guests can sleep safely. I'll recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the metro station and shopping mall. Fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. the room was very clean and tidy.

The heater in the room wasn't working properly, and it took three requests to get it fixed. the shower cubicle didn't have a soap shelf or liquid soap dispenser, which was inconvenient.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, with the hotel situated in the city center and just a short walk from the metro station. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are equipped with all necessary accessories, including a small kettle and a closed shower.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.
