I recently stayed at Hotel Caesar in Prague for a short city break. The reception staff were helpful and the location was quieter at night. There were plenty of restaurants, mini markets, and tram links nearby. The room had a mini fridge, safe, and a good-sized bathroom. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and drink. The staff were amazing, giving us great suggestions and quickly resolving an issue with our room. The location was perfect, just a block from the waterfront and a short walk to Old Town.

The room was spotlessly clean and I found it to be incredibly quiet, despite being located on the street side. Although there was some tram noise, it was so low that it didn't bother me at all.
