We absolutely loved the modern and clean facilities at this luxury spa and wellness hotel. The spa had an impressive range of facilities, including 4 saunas, a swimming pool, and a salt water floating pool. The staff in the spa were incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel's location was also perfect, situated on a calm street and within close proximity to the springs. The room itself was nicely furnished and comfortable. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the colonadas. the price was great and we enjoyed the 4 saunas at the hotel's spa center, especially the bio-sauna and steam sauna. We were provided with a special sauna bathing suit, so we didn't have to go naked. the breakfast buffet was inclusive and there was a good variety of options.

The hotel and spa were in excellent condition, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The food was delicious and varied daily.

The gym is quite small and closes during lunchtime, which can be inconvenient for guests who prefer to work out during their free time.

We had a great time there! Their breakfast was delicious, and they had plenty of healthy options available. the staff were so welcoming and helpful, they made our stay a delight. Plus, the location was perfect - we were within walking distance of several attractions and had no trouble finding our way around. We also enjoyed the awesome pool and spa facilities.

Our room was a bit noisy - we could hear our neighbors and the door opening and closing frequently. the shower setup was not very convenient, and we ended up with water all over the floor.
