We loved the central location, right in the middle of the Old Town and just off the Town Square. It was so convenient and close to all the major attractions. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a Thai restaurant, cafe, and bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages.

We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were just minutes away from all the major attractions, including the Astronomic Clock. Despite being so central, the hotel was insulated enough to be quiet and peaceful. We didn't even hear the crowd noise on the streets.

We would have liked the room to be cleaned at least once during our stay. Additionally, it would have been more convenient if we had the option to pay for the room using a debit card.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of U Zlateho Jelena, right on the Old Square. It made getting around Prague so convenient. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and pleasant accommodations.

I had a lovely overall experience at Hotel U Zlateho Jelena. The location is fantastic, being just steps away from the Old Town Square and Astronomical Clock. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The prices at the restaurant were reasonable, especially for drinks. There are plenty of attractions nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay.

The location of this hotel is amazing and perfect for exploring the city. The Christmas decorations added a special touch to the holiday season. Breakfast was always delicious and included some complementary treats. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay. We also appreciated the room amenities, such as the mini-bar and cozy bedding.

The shower in our room was not great and caused some flooding on the bathroom floor. The carpet in the room was stained in some areas and could use a replacement.
