The location was fabulous for visiting the historic center. The staff were kind and accommodating, especially during late-night interactions. Despite the beautiful surroundings, I felt uneasy about the safety of the area during the evening, which detracted from my overall experience.

I faced challenges with noise levels in the hotel, as the walls seemed thin and sounds from adjacent rooms and hallways were easily audible. There were some disturbances late at night that made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Additionally, while the area has its charm, I felt somewhat uneasy walking around in the evenings due to safety concerns, which detracted from my overall experience at the hotel.

The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, truly enhancing the experience. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing welcome drink and the delicious breakfast options, which fueled wonderful days exploring the city.

The location has a nightclub across the street that can be quite noisy during late nights, which slightly marred the enjoyment of the otherwise beautiful and charming environment.

The hotel boasts a beautiful design with local materials and is perfectly located for exploring downtown. The rooftop restaurant serves fantastic drinks, making evenings special.

Unfortunately, the noise from nearby nightlife and loud music in the plaza can disrupt your sleep. I had to ask repeatedly for essentials, which added some frustration to our stay.

the location is perfect, just a stroll from zocalo. the staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to assist. the rooftop restaurant offers delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere, especially with live mariachi music.

man this hotel was so amazin! the service was top notch and the staff was sooo friendly. they took care of us from the second we arrived, even set us up with a ride from the airport. the rooftop restaurant had some delish food and the morning brekfast was just perfect! plus, the history of the building made it even cooler to stay there, with all those old-school vibes. loved the little touches, like free coffee and the nice amenities in the room.

only downside was the breakfast took a bit too long to come out, like over an hour, and the sound from the street was a little annoying at times. i could hear some noise even with the windows closed.

I loved the cozy rooms with original lava rock walls and modern comforts, which made my stay so enjoyable. The attentive staff went above and beyond, arranging for a doctor visit in less than an hour when I needed it, a truly unforgettable experience!
