The service was exemplary and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered at the hotel was fantastic, with a delicious variety of a la carte options. The hotel's location was a major advantage, as it was situated in the city center, within walking distance of quality restaurants, museums, and shopping areas.

One downside of the hotel was the thin walls, which made it easy to hear noises from the adjacent rooms and the nearby club. Another issue was the lack of space for clothes and belongings in the room, which could lead to a messy room.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide range of delicious local food options and fresh fruits and juices every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to explore the city. The hotel itself was stunning, housed in a beautifully renovated 500-year-old building. Our room was not only big but also beautifully decorated, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That the windows in our room did not close or soundproof well, allowing outside noise to disturb our sleep. the hotel's location in a crowded area made it difficult to reach and leave with a taxi, especially since we wanted to spend more time in the tourist-friendly areas.

Everything is what i need and want

We stayed in a charming neighborhood, full of bars and restaurants. The hotel is located in an ideal spot for tourists, close to Zocola square, making it easily accessible for sightseeing. The rooms were nicely appointed with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The layout of our room had a few design flaws that made it hard to feel private and intimate.

Comfortable and warm beds with double paned balcony doors. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Abraham the concierge. Super convenient location and complimentary Nespresso pods and bottled water.

We enjoyed our stay in the historic part of the city, with easy access to key attractions and a variety of dining options nearby. The terrace views were stunning and the unique cuisine was definitely a highlight of our stay. We appreciated the comfortable bed and the spacious bathroom in our room.

The noise from nearby clubs on weekends was sometimes unbearable, even though hotel staff tried to call the police to help. The breakfast menu was limited and seemed overpriced for what was offered.

The location is very convenient and makes it easy to visit various museums and cultural landmarks.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the noise level in my room, but that was quickly resolved by moving me to a quieter room. Despite this, some parts of the hotel were a bit noisy during some periods of the day.
