The hotel's location was amazing, within walking distance of all major attractions. The staff were extremely professional and sorted out a billing issue promptly. They even surprised us with a beautiful bouquet for our anniversary! The room was spacious and upgraded, with a luxurious king size bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and the shower was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for local sites and dining. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff were attentive. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness studio and jacuzzi, were top-notch. a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is perfect, nestled in a nice quiet street in the heart of the Old Town in this beautiful district. We were able to explore all the sights on foot, except for Prague Castle which was a short distance away. The staff here provided excellent service, from the moment we arrived they were welcoming and accommodating. Our room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including air conditioning and a lovely terrace. The hotel itself was well-maintained and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We also appreciated the various services offered such as room service, laundry, and airport shuttle.

Stayed at Josef for a few days, and it was perfect. The location is superb, within walking distance to old town Christmas market and lots of food and drink places. The staff are kind, accommodating, and offer early check-in and late checkout. The hotel is very clean, with lovely warm rooms and a free upgrade. Highly recommended for a stay in the city.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel was decked out in beautiful decorations and the staff were so friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. the location was perfect, being situated in the heart of the city with many attractions just a short walk away.

The noise level was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times. the room itself was also quite small, which made it a bit cramped.

Text: Loved the blog with hidden gems. The hotel is in a quiet area surrounded by trendy places. The Mirror Chapel concerts were magical. The only downside? The sunset card was just a piece of paper. Such a disappointment.
