loved our stay at this hotel in prague! perfect location, felt totally safe even with strip clubs nearby. room was spacious with great amenities like air conditioning and lots of storage. the staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet had options for everyone, even vegans. highly recommended!

Although the shower in our room had good water pressure, the lever to switch from the bathtub to the showerhead was not functioning properly. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not working properly.

We also appreciated the hotel's organization of airport transfers, which were comfortable and included free Wi-Fi. we loved the comfort, value for money, cleanliness, and the friendly staff at the hotel. As a family, we highly recommend it!

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. the staff was friendly and polite, always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy different tastes. Key location facts: the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions and vibrant shopping areas. It made exploring the city during the festive season so much easier and enjoyable. Another advantage: I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants and shops in close proximity to the hotel. It saved me time and made it convenient to find places to eat or grab last-minute gifts during this busy time of year.

While my overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of negative aspects. the bar in the hotel felt more like a part of the foyer, lacking the atmosphere and ambiance of a traditional bar.

We had a great stay at this place! It's located on a street leading to the main square, so it's very convenient to get around and see all the sights. Plus, the area is filled with lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms were super comfortable, with great beds and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the air conditioning and well-equipped bathroom. But what we loved the most was the service - the staff were so friendly and helpful, and even gave us free champagne every morning!

The hotel lacks proper soundproofing, which can be problematic, especially when staying near the nightclub.

Efficient and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of bio products. Good quality beer on tap and tasty lunchtime snacks available.

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve and overall it was a good experience. We received a couple of complementary things upon arrival that made us feel welcomed. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to walk to all the main attractions. the breakfast had a good variety and the staff were helpful and friendly.

A few minor things were missing from the room such as slippers and a shower cap, but we were able to request them and they were provided. the bed was made up of two twin beds put together, which was a little uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel with a great location near Wenceslas Square. Our deluxe room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the WiFi worked perfectly. The staff, especially Theresa at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Prague.
