We had a great stay at a hotel in a good location. The hot water in the bathroom and the warm room were perfect. The staff, when available, were really helpful and friendly. Despite a few minor issues, we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it to others. I would highly recommend this hotel based on our positive experience.

The value for money at Noir was impressive! The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, with a subway station just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and quiet, despite being located on the first floor and near a busy street. the shower had good water pressure and the staff were friendly and willing to help.

the air conditioning in our room was not functioning, making it uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep. the door handle was stiff and difficult to turn, causing frustration every time we tried to enter or exit the room.

They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. the breakfast included in our stay was also a highlight. There was a wide selection of food and drinks available, and the staff kept everything well stocked. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a short walk to the city center and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.
