The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. The hotel bar had reasonably priced cocktails and a lovely atmosphere. Rooms were cleaned daily and our valuables felt safe. The location was perfect, with major tourist attractions within walking distance. A small bottle of fizzy wine and complimentary nuts were a nice touch. The hotel arranged convenient airport transport.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance, including the Old Town and main tourist attractions. I didn't need to rely on taxis at all. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were super friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located right in the heart of the city center. Everything was within walking distance, including a slightly longer walk to the Old Town Square. The staff and manager were especially friendly, going above and beyond to make my girlfriend's 21st birthday special with room upgrades, a welcome card, and champagne. The room itself was comfortable and had great amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was also delicious and had many options to choose from.

We stayed at Nyx Hotel in Prague for a family trip for three nights. The family suite was perfect for our family of five, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The balcony had a great view, and the room was quiet with fast WiFi and a smart TV. The location was excellent, close to tram stops, shopping, and restaurants. Parking was a bit challenging, but we found a garage a couple of blocks away. We skipped the hotel breakfast and enjoyed a morning stroll to Paul French Bakery nearby.

Great hotel and experience! The room was ready even before check-in hour, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and worth the additional cost. My family enjoyed the free photo machine and video game in the restaurant, adding some extra fun to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lighting in the room was not great, it was too dark. , the bar wasn't open all the time, only on Fridays and Saturdays and even then it lacked atmosphere.

This hotel is a great base from which to explore the city, with tram stops for further afield areas nearby. It's also in close proximity to Prague's cultural attractions and public transport. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the shower pressure was fantastic. Breakfast caters to all and staff are welcoming.

One minor downside is that the rooms are slightly smaller than they appear in photos.
