I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was excellent, with a large and modern room that had a great view. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town Square. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety.

Wonderful breakfast served in-room with varied options and elegant presentation. Prime location right on Old Town Square with plenty of activity. One drawback - no elevator due to UNESCO building status. I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast delivered to my room every morning. They even changed up the fruit and presentation each day, making it feel special. Plus, being right on Old Town Square meant there was always something happening nearby. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but considering the historic nature of the building, it was understandable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and lovely breakfast experience.

The windows open up to a beautiful view of the square, making the experience truly amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and had a newly renovated bathroom with a large bathtub. Ordering breakfast the night before and having it served in the room made us feel very special. The restaurant under the hotel was also a plus, with delicious food and drinks and a discount for hotel guests.

There is no elevator in the hotel, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The entrance through the restaurant can be a bit strange, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make our stay as comfortable as possible. It was truly appreciated. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. We were able to easily explore all the wonderful sites and attractions in Prague. Additionally, the restaurant downstairs was one of the best we tried during our stay. Of course, like any hotel, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The entrance of the hotel could be slightly clearer, as it is through a restaurant with a different name. And yes, the heritage floors were a bit squeaky. However, these were small inconveniences that didn't detract from the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend Old Town Square Residence By Emblem for a memorable Christmas stay in Prague.

We were able to easily reach most tourist attractions within a short walking distance of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and informative, providing us with great tips on tours, restaurants, and monuments to visit. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice and pleasant restaurant on the premises, and the option to have breakfast served in our room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay.

The location of the hotel was outstanding, right on the Old Town Square. The room we stayed in had a large super king bed, a desk, a sofa, a sideboard with TV, and a table for breakfast. The bathroom was in a glassed unit area, with a heated floor, a deep bath, a showerhead, a sink. We also had the advantage of having 2 large windows that looked directly out onto the square.

There were some noise issues due to the market being right outside and a music bar in the basement.

As a couple on our honeymoon, we stayed at a fabulous hotel right on Old Town Square. The staff was exceptional, accommodating all our requests and providing fantastic service. The location was incredible, with a balcony overlooking the square. Our room was very large, modern, and had a great view. We also appreciated the helpful tips from the front desk and the convenient arrangement of airport transport.
