We had excellent value for our money with our spa package which included delicious meals. The room had a stunning view and the pool was inviting. The staff accommodated our request for vegetarian food and provided helpful recommendations for local activities.

Food for breakfast could be improved, specifically in terms of variety and replenishment.

The hotel's location in the city centre right on the main square, just across the park with the music fountain, made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities, such as the free swimming pool, Roman bath, and sauna, were impressive. The parking situation was hassle-free, with a paid, public car park just a few minutes walk away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel's Christmas decoration was impressive and created a festive atmosphere. the serving of hot mulled wine in the lobby was a nice touch. the location was great- walking distance to the main square and nearby restaurants.

The spa area was small, and the sauna could only fit two people. the pool was not very warm and had children swimming in it in the evening.

Convenient location near parking, springs, and town. Good facilities with swimming pool, sauna, and bathrobe. Helpful staff with hiking suggestions. Exceptional breakfast variety and sauna experiences. Classy bedroom with comfortable bed.
