We had a fantastic stay at the Amazon Plaza. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving any issues we had with our room. The breakfast selection was delicious and the restaurant served tasty meals. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and our bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Cuiaba.

The service was slow and unhelpful at times. Another drawback was the lack of storage space in the rooms, which would have been more adequate for longer stays.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Cuiaba. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport and close to the town center. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and everything was delicious. The staff were polite and professional, even with the language barrier. The hotel also had a beautiful indoor pool area where we could relax and enjoy a cold drink.

The pool area was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the main road.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. Both Jefferson at the front desk and Erick at the restaurant bar went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
