Very communicative and flexible staff, with sauna and great view. Restaurant serves delicious food. Ski centre conveniently close, with street slope and ski bus. Well-designed facilities for ski and snowboard equipment. Large, tasteful room, good breakfast. Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. Nice location with view of ski slopes, near free shuttle bus. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Will definitely return. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean environment, spacious rooms with wonderful mountain view. Excellent spa facility. Thank you for the hospitality. Will come back.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. the room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. the hotel was well-located for outdoor activities with easy access to hiking trails and beautiful views.

The hotel was lacking in some important amenities. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to get luggage to the rooms and limited accessibility for guests with mobility issues.
