The rooms at this hotel are super clean and the staff, especially Tatjana, are very friendly. They change towels and other amenities daily or every 2-3 days for sustainability. The breakfast selection is fresh and extensive, exceeding our expectations. The reception staff, including Jan and Alina, were very welcoming and helpful, making our stay special. The beds are comfortable and the location is conveniently close to the tram and metro stops for easy access to the city center.

We felt free to seek any assistance and had no complaints whatsoever.

Personally, I had a great stay at this venue. Its location is perfect as it's in a good neighborhood and close to public transport. I appreciated the fact that it was situated right next to the Metro Station, which took me to the tourist locations in 15 minutes. Additionally, the service was fantastic, and they offered amenities such as dry cleaning and bicycle hire. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities including a mini-bar and in-room safe. There were also a wide variety of food and drink options available, and the staff were always on hand to help with any kind of request at the reception desk.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the personalized touches, like a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh apples in the reception area, were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.
