I had a wonderful family getaway at Mason Pine Hotel Bandung. We booked directly on their website and got a free room upgrade to a Deluxe room, along with breakfast and VIP passes to the Big Bad Wolf Book Fair. The hotel is beautifully spaced out with lovely gardens and a resort-style feel. The Olympic size swimming pool, kids pool and play area, and water activities kept my children entertained all day. The staff, especially Ms. Wulan at the Front Desk and Mr. Kevin in the restaurant, were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom and a balcony with views of the pool and pine trees. The breakfast at Santai restaurant was delicious, with a good selection of local and western food. The only drawbacks were the under-cooked egg whites and limited variety in the salad bar and dessert area. I highly recommend this hotel for a family getaway.

The strategic location of this hotel was excellent, as it was close to the toll road and surrounded by famous cafes. the hotel had great facilities for families, such as a separate kids' swimming pool and playground. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always quick to respond and assist with any needs.

One negative aspect was that there was no display of the food options or pictures, especially with the "new normal" procedures in place. while the chicken dish was a bit disappointing with its lack of flavor, it was quickly remedied with the addition of some salt.

New area, quiet, awesome pool, spacious and clean rooms, lots of breakfast choices. Friendly and helpful staff, fun activities for kids, free tickets to nearby public pool. Spacious rooms, pleasant surroundings, excellent swimming pool, unexpected kids waterpark and club. Enjoyed our stay.

Good This hotel is a luxurious paradise. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant decor and friendly service. the spa and wellness center exceeded my expectations with exclusive amenities like a sauna and heated swimming pool. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful and surrounded by sun loungers to relax. the restaurant served delicious fusion cuisine blending Asian and Western flavors, and the private facilities in the room were exceptional. the location advantages were also impressive, with easy access to the city.

the wait staff did not provide a glass of water at our table and we had to ask twice.
