My partner and I stayed at Residence Bene for a week to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tourist information and arranging a perfect airport transfer. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to the main city attractions or use the nearby public transportation. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The daily cleaning service was excellent. The breakfast selection was extensive, with a wide range of options including delicious cold meats, bread, yogurt, fruit, and an impressive variety of herbal teas. Additionally, the hotel's bike friendliness was a bonus - we were able to store our touring bikes in the room, and the staff even disposed of the large boxes they came in.

Perfect location for visiting Prague with plenty of tourist sites in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean with a good amount of basic amenities provided. The breakfast included was a decent value.

This hotel offers a great location, very close to the city center and major attractions. It's easy to get around and explore the city on foot. The rooms are clean and come with all the basic appliances you would need. Additionally, the breakfast is quite nice and included in the price.

The street leading up to the hotel can be unpleasant due to the smell of urine, which is unfortunate but not the hotel's fault.

The hotel offers great value for money and is conveniently located in the heart of the city. the room was clean and comfortable, with new bathrooms and nice old wooden floors. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel has a 24/7 reception, which was very convenient for my late arrival. the hotel is within walking distance of many interesting places and the metro station is just a few hundred meters away.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. the coffee served at breakfast was not the best, tasting more like hot brown water.
