We loved staying here as it is situated right in the center of Old town, which makes it extremely easy to explore all the touristy stuff that's around. The service room is fantastic, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry facilities, and the hotel even offers an airport shuttle service for a fee. We were welcomed with a drink when we arrived and got some great assistance in planning our tours around the city.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the city, close to most tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around, as mentioned by previous guests. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with complimentary bottles of wine and delicious chocolate cake provided by the hotel. The staff speak very good English and couldn't do enough to help.

The Wi-Fi can be unreliable at times, but the hotel is aware of the issue and is working on fixing it.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main square and other tourist attractions. It is really near to the old town and just right opposite to the famous gingerbread shop. It is also close to Palladium mall, one of the biggest malls in Prague. The room is spacious and has a nice view of the city. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent, with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options.

The only negative aspect is that the mirror in the room is quite small and inconvenient to use.

our stay at the hotel surpassed our previous experience in prague. the location was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with quality linens and a nice mini bar. the staff was friendly and gave great advice and recommendations.

Our recent stay in a central Prague hotel was fantastic! The location was ideal, as it was pretty close to all the interesting sights and very close to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, and the breakfast was abundant, with lots of choice and freshly made. We especially enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop terrace.

The building could use a bit of update, as the exterior and reception area appeared somewhat outdated.

Had a great Xmas getaway with friends. the breakfast was top-notch with a wide range of options to choose from. Loved that the hotel provided complementary tea and coffee in the room. it is situated in a prime location with easy access to public transport and a great view from the room.

The room decor was a bit outdated and the bathroom was small. It could use some sprucing up.
