As a group of friends, we loved the exceptional service from the friendly and helpful staff. Effie at the reception and Jan at the restaurant were especially polite and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city, with key attractions such as Venceslav square, Karluv most, and Praski hrad within walking distance. Effie also provided great recommendations for local restaurants, ensuring we had fantastic meals throughout our stay in Prague.
