The room was clean and cozy, with all the necessary facilities. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. the location was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. good value for money and a pleasant stay.

The noise insulation in the room was extremely poor. the windows were not insulated at all, so I could hear every noise from outside, including people talking and cars passing by.

Cleanliness - The hotel was very clean, including the bathroom. Breakfast - Complimentary and delicious. Staff - The front desk was friendly and helpful. Location near Old Town - It was a 30-minute walk to the city center, which was nice to see, but I also loved the surroundings of the hotel.

The lobby and entrance of the hotel were quite impressive, creating a great first impression. the staff was lovely and always willing to help. I enjoyed the beautiful courtyard where I could relax and have breakfast outside, a wonderful way to start the day. the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near various transport options, making it easy to get to the city center and other attractions.

One thing that was a bit inconvenient was the shower which had no door, causing water to splash everywhere. It would have been better if there was some kind of barrier to prevent the water from flooding the bathroom.

We had a terrible experience at the Three Crowns hotel. The room we were allocated had a strong smell coming from the bathroom. The drainage system was old and ineffective, resulting in dirty water not circulating properly. The smell was so overpowering that it gave us headaches and made us feel depressed. Furthermore, there were stains on the coffee table and overall, everything was dirty. We requested to change to a superior room by adding extra money, but the receptionist brushed us off and told us to ask again the next day. To make matters worse, the noise from outside made it impossible to sleep throughout the night. We had booked five nights but only stayed for one night before checking out. When we voiced our concerns to the receptionist, they showed no care or concern. We left the hotel feeling extremely disappointed and will never return. I cannot recommend this hotel.
