We recently stayed at a hotel in a fantastic location. The Mediterranean Palace offered exceptional service from the moment we arrived, with a lovely touch of prosecco and assistance with our luggage. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, as were the outdoor areas. We were impressed with the personal touches, such as fresh flowers in the public toilets each day. The pool view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the convenience of having the beach right outside the hotel. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff, particularly Rocio, were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Any minor issues in our room were quickly resolved by the courteous technical team.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Tenerife and there were a few positive aspects that stood out for us. the staff were really friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Secondly, the hotel had a prime location, close to the beach and within walking distance of a variety of bars and restaurants. And lastly, we particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable poolside area where we could relax and soak up the sun.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the hotel was quite dated and in need of some renovations.

I recently stayed at the Mediterranean Palace in Playa de las Americas for a family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff and given a glass of champagne during check-in. The location was perfect, right across from the Safari Centre where we enjoyed some of the best restaurants in the area. The facilities were outstanding, with a great pool and delicious food options. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of dishes. The staff, especially David at reception, were fantastic and helpful. The animation team made our son's stay unforgettable. a truly amazing experience!

The pool is perfect for families with young children, with no deep areas and plenty of space to avoid crowds. The morning water aerobics and dancing were a highlight, thanks to the enthusiastic and fun entertainment staff. The inflatable obstacle course provided extra entertainment for the kids. Clean towels were readily available, and the hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and was always freshly cooked. The location is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and a beautiful beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right beside a great beach with a grass area to lie out on. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a huge swimming pool and an easy gateway to the popular beach. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was also a convenient store and tourist information desk available in the hotel. The staff at the reception were very helpful, especially Khalil, who provided excellent service during our check-in. The hotel's central location, next to outstanding bars and restaurants, as well as the main bus station, made it convenient for us to explore the city.

The only minor downsides were the lack of plug sockets and USB points in the room, as well as the surcharge for gym usage. However, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The pool area was great, with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels provided. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. The pool was fantastic and felt very safe with excellent lifeguards. The entertainment during the day and night was top-notch, and my son absolutely loved the Kids Club. The staff there were amazing, making it a great experience for him.
