We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel in Tenerife and there were a few positive aspects that stood out for us. the staff were really friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Secondly, the hotel had a prime location, close to the beach and within walking distance of a variety of bars and restaurants. And lastly, we particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the comfortable poolside area where we could relax and soak up the sun.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the hotel was quite dated and in need of some renovations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right beside a great beach with a grass area to lie out on. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a huge swimming pool and an easy gateway to the popular beach. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was also a convenient store and tourist information desk available in the hotel. The staff at the reception were very helpful, especially Khalil, who provided excellent service during our check-in. The hotel's central location, next to outstanding bars and restaurants, as well as the main bus station, made it convenient for us to explore the city.

The breakfast buffet was amazing value for money, and the room we stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety of options.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. the pool area was spacious and had nice water features, creating a pleasant atmosphere. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops and bars, and a beautiful view from the room.

The rooms were outdated and in need of refurbishment, which was disappointing. the TV was old-style and not very good.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a prime location. The facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful pool. The breakfast and dinner options were plentiful and delicious. We also enjoyed the terrace bar in the evenings. The attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downsides were the lack of plug sockets and USB points in the room, as well as the surcharge for gym usage. However, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Playa de las Americas, I had a fantastic time. The hotel had a lovely big pool and plenty of sunbeds, so I never had to fight for a spot. The staff were excellent, always friendly and hard-working. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the free safe and the good selection of English TV channels. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to both Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The on-site shop offered good value, and the atmosphere was relaxed with no loud music. a great hotel in a great location with excellent facilities.
