If you're looking for a hotel that's centrally located, then this one is perfect. It's right in the historic old town, next to the city centre and very near to the port. Even though it's on a slope, you can easily walk to most places. The service provided by this hotel is top-notch, with staff who are always attentive to your needs. The rooms are updated with the very latest facilities, with some even having a terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast is simply amazing, with a large assortment of different options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Heraklion. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were great, including a spacious bathroom and a generous outdoor area. The location was perfect, right next to the port and within walking distance to the Heraklion Museum, which is a must-see for anyone interested in Minoan history. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the main square, making it easy to catch a bus to Knossos. The breakfast offered local products and included instructions on how to make breakfast with rusk, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Natassa at reception, who assisted us with car rental and provided excellent restaurant recommendations.

Our room was very modern with a lovely terrace. Breakfast had a good selection and the lady overseeing the buffet was very courteous. The location was excellent for walking to the harbor and bus station. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

kastro in heraklion impressed me once again with its prime location, modern amenities, and helpful staff. our room on the 5th floor was exceptionally clean and stylish, although the pillows could have been more comfortable. the breakfast options were plentiful and the overall value for money was great.

During my thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the two complementary facts offered by the hotel. the room was cleaned daily and toiletries refilled, which was a nice touch. the location was excellent - close to a range of cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. the bed was quite comfortable, which ensured a great night's sleep.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was how noisy the hotel was. the walls were thin, and you could hear everything going on in the room next door and out in the hallway.

The hotel was really nice, with a great location and a delicious breakfast. the rooms were spacious, and I especially loved the big shower and the balcony. the staff was super friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for exploring the city. Plus, the daily cleaning service was a nice touch.

There were a few things that could be improved. Some parts of the room were in need of a makeover, with peeling plaster on the ceiling and dirty bathroom accessories.
