The room felt more like a suite, spacious and comfortable, with a peaceful ambiance. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of hot and cold options to start the day right. From the attentive service to the little details like providing stamps and tram tickets, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague.

We had a really great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, on a peaceful street yet so close to attractions. It was great to have room service, dry cleaning and laundry, as well as an airport shuttle. The welcome drink and tour assistance were lovely touches. The staff are friendly, and the room amenities were perfect - we had an iron, tea and coffee facilities, as well as a mini-bar and safe. We also appreciated the garden furniture, the in-room air conditioning, the flat-screen TV, and the dining option for breakfast in-room or in the lounge area.

The location in the very center of the city is excellent. I could easily walk to major attractions and it was very close to many sites. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was fantastic.

We had an incredible stay at Unitas, easily one of the best hotels we've ever encountered. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet street. the historic building is beautifully decorated and full of charm. the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing us with a list of restaurants open on Christmas day. Our room was spacious, clean, and warm, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfasts were outstanding, with a wide variety of options, including homemade cakes that we eagerly looked forward to each day. the hotel even offers in-room tea and coffee, which was a rare find in our European travels. We also appreciated the sense of safety with a police station right across the road.

We were also within walking distance of Old Town Square and all the major attractions. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the manager. They even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax, and there was live entertainment available. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the 24-hour reception meant that we could always get assistance when we needed it. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it, especially for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Taxi smell was unpleasant.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and a massive bed. The location was great, with most major sights within an easy walk, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at Unitas were friendly and welcoming, even greeting us with Prosecco upon arrival.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast option was the coffee, which was a bit disappointing.
