We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location is ideal, with city hall and other attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed listening to the bells chiming from the nearby church every 15 minutes, adding a charming ambiance to our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided superb service at the reception. The room was small but had a quirky and unique design. Being on the top floor, we had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot weather. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, considering its central location. the vibe in this hotel is wonderful, with uplifting music playing as soon as you enter the building. We felt relaxed and well taken care of during our stay.

The only minor downside we noticed was that the hotel is starting to show some signs of aging. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and near all transport links, including the train station and harbour ferries. It made it incredibly easy to explore and get around. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially when I called to inform them about my late arrival. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and the hotel also offered free bottles of water in the room upon arrival.
