The breakfast options were pretty good, and we loved the fresh fruit platters and hot coffee. the location was close enough to the river and we enjoyed free access to the natural pools nearby. the guided tours to Los Haitises national park were very interesting and informative.

The vegetarian/vegan options on the menu were so limited, and we had a really hard time finding something to eat that fit our dietary needs. the noisy tourist groups who arrived in the afternoon and took over the pools were pretty annoying.
