I had a fantastic experience at this place! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly. The hotel itself was spacious and well-maintained, and the onsen was clean and relaxing. I especially loved the outdoor bath and the free coffee and feet bath. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the town center and the Sainokawara open air bath. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hot springs were exceptional and left us feeling rejuvenated after our long day of travel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience unforgettable. the location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of many tourist attractions and local restaurants.

The restaurant was closed during our stay and we had trouble finding open restaurants nearby during dinner time. We also found the futon beds uncomfortable, but we understand that they are traditional in Japan.

This location provides easy access to the park, which offers a breathtaking view after sundown. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy futons and green tea and sweets provided by the friendly and attentive staff. The onsen facilities are clean and well-maintained, offering both indoor and outdoor baths. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle service for added convenience.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with navigating around the area. the location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the open air onsen and conveniently situated near the yubatake and shops. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

That we were given a Western style room instead of a Japanese style room, which we would have preferred. the newly renovated public baths also lacked the charm of the old ones and had gritty tiles that were uncomfortable on the skin.
