Spent Xmas at a luxurious lodge with outstanding views and architecture that blends with nature. Loved the sumptuous rooms, the beautiful gardens, and the heated pool and jacuzzi. Sarah, our Waihekian host, was a gem, sharing island history and creating a delightful evening with canapes. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the amazing views.

Missed having a wall-mounted showerhead as rain showers are not my thing. Also, disappointed in the lack of room service options for dinner, especially as we preferred light evening meals.

The spa and swimming pool were a welcome respite, and our breakfasts were delicious and healthy, served in a luxurious setting. My partner and I recently stayed at a stunning hotel overlooking the ocean. Our purpose of travel was to have a relaxing getaway, and we stayed at Delamore Lodge for a few nights. The service provided by Nico was exceptional, and the views from our suite were breathtaking. The open plan room and beautiful bathroom added to the luxurious experience. The spa and infinity pool were definite highlights, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the bacon and eggs. Sarah and her staff were warm, friendly, and organized various activities for us, making our stay even more memorable. Lastly, dinner cooked by the talented Chef Brenton was mouthwatering with a view and sunset that matched.
