The staff was welcoming, efficient, and hospitable. The facility was clean and comfortable. The decor and art were stunning. The beachside service was good, and the food options were great. it provided good value for the price.

Incredible beach access and amenities. The rooftop infinity pool, spa, bar, and concierge service were all top-notch. The rooms were luxurious and well-stocked with minibars. The beachfront location was unbeatable, with direct access from the rooms. The food and beverage service were excellent, with a wide range of options available in the main restaurant, poolside, and on the beach. The staff was attentive, helpful, and provided exceptional service throughout the stay.

The reception staff could have been more helpful and flexible. The initial room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and men's cologne, and the second room had a moldy smell.

The hotel grounds were stunning with beautiful gardens and a beachfront location. the staff provided exceptional customer service and were always friendly and helpful. the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and there were plenty of healthy options available.

The hotel's location made it difficult to find nearby food options outside of the property. There was loud live music from neighboring resorts on weekend nights, which could be disruptive for light sleepers.

I recently had a lovely weekend getaway at this beautiful boutique hotel. The location is just perfect, with a mini mall right in front of the beautiful sandy beach. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plush linens and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, and the breakfast on the deck was delicious. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzis, which had amazing views of the ocean. this hotel offers a wonderful beachfront experience with great facilities.

I did notice a lack of non-motorized water sports or other types of games on the property or even on the beach.

Loved lounging on the beach and being able to easily access the water for swimming. the beachside service was a nice touch, with breakfast served right on the beach. the food at the hotel was surprisingly good, especially the goat dish with creole sauce.

The beach felt less exclusive due to the close proximity of other all-inclusive hotels. the water was slightly cloudy, likely due to the fine sand.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities are exceptional, especially the stunning swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and spa. the beach access is fantastic, and the outdoor pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxation. the restaurant serves delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area is a great spot to enjoy a drink. The room advantages are impressive, with spacious and comfortable rooms, complete with private facilities. Cons: the only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment. this did not detract from the overall exceptional experience of staying at this hotel.

During our stay at Christmas, the Wi-Fi service was limited and unreliable. This was quite frustrating, especially when trying to stay connected with family and friends during the holiday season.

The rules were too strict and inflexible. They wouldn't allow me to bring my own food even though I have severe allergies.

I recently stayed at Casa Colonial for a week on a vacation with my wife and friends. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly welcome cocktail and the staff made us feel right at home. The hotel and grounds are stunning, and everything was in perfect condition. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fantastic whirlpool tub. The facilities, including the infinity pool and spa, were amazing. The private beach with service from the restaurant was a great bonus. The on-site restaurant, Lucia's, was excellent. we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.
