Our personal valet, Santos, made our stay at the hotel truly exceptional. He took care of every little detail, from our coffee preferences to arranging a special early morning breakfast. He even offered to accompany my husband to the ATM for added security. The hotel itself is a collection of beautiful houses, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The location is perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and all the historic sights. The linens and toiletries were top-notch, and the included breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The breakfast is not necessarily anything special, but the coffee tasted freshly roasted and freshly ground. Plus, the beautiful courtyard made it a great experience. The rooms are spacious and elegant. The service from everyone we met was top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a good stay.

We stayed during Easter and had a fantastic time. the hotel provided us with complimentary Easter eggs and a traditional Easter dish. the location was perfect as we were able to easily explore the old town. the breakfast was delicious with freshly squeezed juices and a variety of options to choose from. the wifi was also strong throughout the hotel and made it easy to keep in touch with family and friends.

The pool area was not well-maintained and could have been cleaner. the staff could have been more organized as there seemed to be some confusion with our reservation upon check-in.

We had a fantastic experience at this quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the historic area. The location couldn't have been better, as we were right in the center of the Colonial Zone, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was adorable, with a huge bathroom and a small dipping pool just steps away. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing us with an iPhone to contact our concierge anytime. We even received great recommendations for dinner reservations.

Though our stay was amazing, we did have a minor issue with the room assignment that wasn't handled properly.
