The provided meeting space of over 1,000 square meters catered perfectly to my event needs. The convenience of having a second bathroom for guests was a thoughtful touch, and the panoramic windows made the ocean views truly breathtaking.

The inconvenience of having the refrigerator locked in the room was a bit of a downside, especially since I had a credit card open for any other charges. It would have been more convenient to access it freely.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The location was perfect, just outside of the Colonial Zone and in a nice area. Transportation was convenient, with a gift shop located nearby. Everything about this hotel was perfect!

During my recent trip to Santo Domingo, I stayed at Catalonia Santo Domingo. Although I was there only for transit, I found the hotel to be conveniently located, just 700 meters from Amin Abel Hasbun and 25 km from La Isabela International airport. The hotel's trendy lounge bar and meeting space were impressive, and the panoramic ocean views from the double room were breathtaking.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, and I even found some dirt and a spider in the shower. the front desk staff were quite rude and unhelpful when it came to addressing our concerns about parking fees and providing accurate information on payments.

During my city trip, I enjoyed the two complementary drinks upon arrival and the free breakfast buffet which was delicious. the location was excellent, right on the main avenue with easy access to restaurants and shopping centers. the room was spacious with a great view of the city.

The elevators were also slow, and I sometimes had to wait a while to get to my floor.
