We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Centric Midtown. The room was clean and spacious, with a stylish design that added a touch of glamour to our visit. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the large bathroom was a nice bonus. The location in midtown was perfect, as there were plenty of nearby restaurants and bars to choose from. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious, adding to the overall positive experience.

As youngsters, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms at Hyatt Centric Midtown. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of the nearby car park and Metro station. a great and modern hotel in a vibrant neighborhood.

This hotel is well within the Midtown ATL area with plenty of places to eat nearby. It is in the heart of the city, close to everything and conveniently located near restaurants and bars. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and they pay great attention to detail. The basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch, and you can enjoy spectacular views over Piedmont park. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included is a great value for the price, especially considering the expensive nightly rate.

The staff were friendly and always willing to provide advice and recommendations about the local area. Additionally, the hotel had a well-stocked market in the lobby, making it convenient for purchasing drinks and snacks.

Poor communication and customer service. I had a frustrating experience with the hotel staff when it came to coordinating payment and adding an extra night for my son. Despite multiple conversations and assurances, there were pending charges on multiple cards and the issue was not resolved even after many attempts and hours spent on the phone. This not only caused inconvenience during my trip but also limited the amount of money I had available.

The staff was super friendly and always made sure that we were taken care of! The room was comfortable and nice, and housekeeping was very fast. The concierge service is a nice plus. The location was great for my nephew's wedding. The front desk guy was very helpful and did a great job. Donald the valet guy did a fantastic job.
