I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel nestled in a beautiful setting. This place is unique as it is located close to a stunning beach called the "Playita," which is surrounded by lush bushes. The convenience of being able to reach this beach within walking distance was a major highlight for me. Moreover, the hotel offers exceptional service, including room service and a grocery shopping service, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The airport shuttle service provided by this hotel was also very convenient, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch.

Great location, spectacular and uncrowded beaches. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Free cot for our baby, upgraded accommodation. Felt like part of the family.

My stay at Chalet Tropical Bio-Hotel was absolutely magical. The unique treehouse-style chalet I stayed in had a private plunge pool with a waterfall, creating a tranquil oasis right outside my door. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast options were appetizing and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. The beautiful palm trees scattered throughout the garden added to the tropical paradise atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

We loved staying here! It's located so close to five different beaches, truly a beach-lover's dream. The room service was impeccable, and we really appreciated the grocery shopping and airport shuttle provided by the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we loved the welcome drink. There were so many amenities available to us, such as tours/ticket assistance, ironing facilities, and a terrace and patio. The dining options were fantastic, with a great in-room breakfast and delicious dinner options. We also enjoyed the relaxing massages in the garden area.

We loved the tropical atmosphere and romantic vibes during sunrise and sunset. The friendly staff, free parking, and small pool were great. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the options available for breakfast and the well-equipped kitchen. The hot showers were a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels in the Dominican Republic. Las Galeras had plenty of restaurants, bars, and beautiful beaches nearby.

We found our own piece of paradise on our recent holiday. the staff was incredibly accommodating and the food on-site was superb. the chalets were beautifully designed with attention to detail. the location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. One of the best things about our stay was the personalized service provided by the staff. They were able to arrange all of our tours and ensured that all of our needs were met.

Although our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks. the lack of windows in the chalets meant that we could hear other guests at times, which was a bit of a nuisance.

The place - amazing bungalow, beautiful garden, tasty food, close to beaches. Design - beautiful, love in details, own pool, natural materials used. Staff - extremely helpful, quick responses. Vibe - cozy, rustic, luxurious, fantastic staff, met incredible travelers.

The bungalow was amazing, extremely clean with great front desk staff. Loved the calm and quiet environment, and the small details in the Tropical Challet. Delicious breakfast and opportunity to shop local goods. The owner Sara was fantastic and helped with everything.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning and a sitting area. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was served in a unique and special way. The owner was fantastic, providing helpful information about the area and even arranging taxis and other services. I had a wonderful time at this hotel.
